Fernando visits the Bulacan PDRRMC Operation Center this afternoon to personally oversee real-time monitoring and gathering of surveillance data on low-lying areas and river systems that may be affected by the intensifying Typhoon Uwan. He was accompanied by Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Manuel M. Lukban, Jr., who briefed him on the latest situation updates and precautionary measures that were conducted.
Personal na bumisita si Gobernador Daniel R. Fernando sa Bulacan PDRRMC Operation Center ngayong hapon upang tutukan ang real-time monitoring at pangangalap ng surveillance data sa mga mabababang lugar at mga ilog na posibleng maapektuhan ng palakas nang palakas na Bagyong Uwan. Kasama niya si Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Manuel M. Lukban, Jr., na nagbigay ng pinakahuling ulat sa sitwasyon at mga isinagawang kaukulang hakbang sa pag-iingat.
