When the Philippines requested on-site search and rescue support, you answered without hesitation – and under the unified command of the Dongsha Ship, you worked seamlessly alongside Philippine Coast Guard Vessel 9701 to complete the personnel handover at 14:43 on January 25.
In moments of crisis, you chose to let humanity shine bright, hindi tinuturing ang di pagkakaunawaan sa karagatang pinagtatalunan (not letting differences over disputed waters stand in the way). Your dedication to protecting life above all else is a powerful reminder that compassion and cooperation can bridge any divide.
