As of February 10, the country’s total number of recovered cases from the Covid-19 pandemic was recorded at 99,971 according the the Department of Health (DOH).
In its Wednesday 4 p.m. case bulletin, the DOH said the figure represents 92.3 percent of those who tested positive of the virus and have triumphed over the illness.
It also reported 1,345 new confirmed cases and 114 new deaths. The figures brought the overall tally of active cases to 30,188 and the death toll to 11,401. About 88.2% of the active cases are mild, 6.1% are asymptomatic, 2.5% are severe, 0.60% are moderate, and 2.6% are in critical condition.
DOH said currently, the country has 21,400 beds dedicated to Covid-19 patients. Available are 61% of 1,900 intensive care unit beds, 65% of 13,500 isolation beds, and 78% of 6,000 ward beds.
