HON. Fortunato T. de la Pena, Secretary, DOST, and ENGR. Sancho A. Mabborang, Undersecretary, DOST-RO, led the Oathtaking of the newly appointed Regional Director for DOST Region II and DOST CARAGA.
Ms. Virginia G. Bilgera, Regional Director, DOST II, and Mr. Noel M. Ajoc, Regional Director, DOST CARAGA signed their oaths to officially signify their appointment as Regional Directors. Usec. Mabborang extended his congratulations to both RDs and reminded them to never forget their roots as they take on this new role. The Secretary, Sec. de la Pena, emphasized the responsibilities that come with the position and expressed his commendations to the development and progress that exist in their respective regions.
Future plans on the innovation of Science and Technology in the countryside are well underway.
