Dr. Crisiljefv G. Garrido, a Realtor and the program’s resource speaker, led discussions on land title verification, registration procedures, and documentation, with emphasis on practical applications and the analysis of cases involving land titles.
The daylong program provided a structured introduction to the Philippine land system, beginning with video presentations on its history, land ownership in the country, and the development of the Land Registration Authority.
